In its sixth year, Tastefest is the Novi Athletic Boosters club’s premier fund-raising event, combining food, fun and football for an evening benefiting all Novi student athletes and athletic teams. This year’s event, scheduled for Sept. 21, 2012, at Wildcats Stadium, will feature food and treats from local restaurants as well as a silent auction, spirit wear sales and child-centered activities such as bouncers from Pump It Up.

Gates open at 5 p.m. for dinner, activities and the silent auction. Restaurant vendors include Cold Stone Creamery, Olga’s, bd’s Mongolian Barbecue, Famous Dave’s, Applebee’s, Pizza Marvelous, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings and Subway. Then at 7 p.m., the Novi Wildcats will take to the field against the Lions of South Lyon High School.
